The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff were helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to assisting with lost luggage. The hotel's family-friendly design and accessibility features were also commendable. The location was perfect for exploring the town and nearby attractions. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

Booking provided an option to book a room with a balcony, but I didn't get one. There was litter in the bin from a previous guest in the bathroom.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel, which provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location was perfect, situated in the centre of the lovely town, just a short walk away from the old city center. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families, as it offers a range of amenities and services that cater to everyone's needs.

The friendliness of the staff at the reception as well as in the bar was particularly pleasing to us. In one of the 2 rooms the air conditioning did not work. Immediately another room was offered. The varied breakfast from 06:00 o'clock.

We really appreciated the hotel's location, as it was very close to the city center and the historical town center, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, we found the cleanliness to be at a good level and the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the fact that there was free parking for guests staying at the hotel was also a big plus.

Not only is Szekesfehervar a wonderful city to visit, this hotel is right in the centre of it. Excellent location, very friendly staff, good quality rooms, and excellent meals - recommend the 'Traditional Club Sandwich' but not late at night..... Recommend for business and leisure breaks.

The hotel staff were exceptional, Mr. Akos made me laugh. The facilities were top-notch, especially the wellness area. A great place for a family getaway.

I guess the hotel could have transported me back in time to experience the city's history, but oh well.

Limited menu options at the hotel’s restaurant with pricey drinks. The rooms lacked a washcloth and the soap could have been nicer.
